Shipping and Handling

Australian domestic orders are FREE . You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au or www.dhl.com.au. Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch. 

By Brigitte ships worldwide. International shipping is sent with Express Australia Post. These packages are registered and trackable, you will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au. International Express Shipping parcels can take anywhere between 7 and 15 working days to arrive.

International Priority Express Shipping is via DHL. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number and details of how to track. Priority International shipping takes anywhere between 7 to 15 days.

Please note that shipping time does not include production time.

 

Duties and Taxes

Occasionally, dependent on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

Our Production Turnaround Time

All By Brigitte pieces are hand made to order. This means that each piece is custom made.  If you need a piece before a specific date, please contact us before ordering to ensure this will be possible and to avoid any disappointment. Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Please note that turnaround times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you decide your piece is just not quite right, not a problem! All returns and exchanges are made at the cost of the customer. In cases where items are faulty or arrive not as described, we will happily cover shipping costs. Please return all items in original condition to:
